Hercules

While Lizzy was at preschool, Ben had a friend come to play. They seemed to be playing well together so I set out to clean up the breakfast mess. About ten minutes later Ben ran up to me, "Mom! Come see what we did!" So proud of himself. I was sure I was going to see some cool tower built of blocks or something of the like.

Low and behold, they had just been a few feet from me the whole time - silently pushing the couch over. I have no idea how they accomplished this. Although I do give my kids vitamins every morning - that must explain it.

What's next?

By the way...Ben dressed himself. He insists on wearing those "ball" pants, as he calls them and those Halloween socks emerged from someone's drawer today (they do say, "I love my Mummy" so they aren't all that bad). I'm seriously considering making a button that says "I dressed myself". That way he can feel proud and everyone will know I had nothing to do with his outfit! :)

  4. I always wished to let people know when my kids dressed themselves, and other such things! I think people can usually figure it out though....
