Lizzy has two loves - violin and dancing. When I ask her which one she loves more, she says she loves them both the same. Because her violin requires a group lesson and a private lesson and daily practicing, I haven't enrolled her in a professional dancing company as well - too much time and too much money.
Luckily for Lizzy, the city of Yuma parks and rec has a little dance class they offer in six week sessions. She and her friend Jane Jarvis attended the class together. It isn't professional by any means, but it is not expensive or demanding and it is fulfilling her dancing need for now. Most importantly, she is having fun.
