A Late Halloween Post

I get so far behind on this blog/journal. I want to make sure I have some pictures from Halloween so they can be included in my blog book. Lizzy changed her mind so many times about what she wanted to be for Halloween. For her party she was Princess Arial - the bride and on the actual day of Halloween she was planning on being one of the princesses. (Luckily she has a couple dress-up costumes that I can convince her look like several different princesses)

At the last minute, however, she suddenly wanted to be a cheerleader. (Where did that come from?) A neighbor had given us a cheerleader costume over a year ago but she hadn't shown much interest. But, out of nowhere, she had a burning desire to put on that outfit. So with our Spiderman and cheerleader in tow, we headed off first to our ward's Trunk or Treat and then headed around our fun neighborhood for some good old fashioned trick-or-treating. My sister's family came over to join us. The cousins always have oodles of fun together.

By the way...the one pumpkin that does not look like it was carved by an artist (Troy), is mine. I'm just a traditional pumpkin face kinda gal. Plus I don't have the patience for making anything that takes longer.
