Troy Love - Game Show Host and Proud Father

I love to go into Lizzy's school (Ronald Reagan) and say hi to the head secretary Beth. She is so much fun and I'm so grateful she is there to keep an eye out for Lizzy. Beth's office has full length windows into the principal's office so I often get to say hi to him as well. I really love Mr. Fletcher. He is a great principal. One day while saying "Hi", Mr. Fletcher said something like "I need to talk to you!" He said it so animatedly I didn't have any idea what to expect. He asked if Troy would be wiling to put something together for a parent/student Family Fun Night about safety - drug safety, stranger danger, gun safety etc. I couldn't think of why Troy wouldn't do something his daughter's principal asked him to do so I said, "He'd love to". What Troy finally came up with was like a Jeopardy game. He put a lot of work into the program.

You can see Lizzy in the background holding up an "applause" sign. The game show theme made this a lot of fun.

The Students of the Month for August, September and October were also honored that night. Lizzy was the Student of the Month in her class for September so here she is standing up at the front of the program while Mr. Fletcher (the principal) reads the names of each student.

We are so proud of Elizabeth's accomplishments at school. She sits so still all day and follows every rule perfectly...and then when she gets home, until she finally falls asleep at night,  she lets out every single wiggle she has been holding inside! It gets pretty crazy but I'm glad she knows how to control herself when necessary. :)
